Fantastic Hotel Experience!

I was greeted WARMly by the valet. Check-in was friendly and efficient, and I even received a room upgrade. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well appointed. It had all I needed. Self check-out was easy to use. It was also very convenient.
The temperature of the water kept changing while I was showering.

The pool area includes a spa, sauna, and steam rooms. There is also a gym equipped with modern exercise machines. It has everything needed for a full workout.

The breakfast buffet offers a HUGE range of choices. There is something for everyone. I enjoyed the vegetarian options at the club lounge. They were plentiful. The food was AMAZING!!!

the breakfast buffet had very good quality with excellent table service. the pool and spa on the roof were relaxing on a sunny day. (i loved soaking in the sun) brent at the front door.
the shower was small and the water temperature had issues. i only had two towels in my room. my room wasn't serviced until late in the day, so i had damp towels for showers before going out in the evening.

i stayed in a beautiful king room it had great design features. the bath towels were especially soft and plush. i found the room service very fast a single orchid adorned my tray such a nice touch.
the hotel facilities seemed slightly old the room did not have a card slot for electricity.
